Cancellation Policy

At DOTS Therapy Hub, we understand that things come up and plans can change. However, we ask that you provide at least 2 business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • If you cancel with less than 2 business days’ notice or do not attend your session, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • • Less than 2 business days’ notice is given;
    • You do not attend the session;
    • You are not available at the scheduled time (for home, school or telehealth sessions).

    The full fee is payable for sessions that are not attended without prior notice. This includes sessions that are forgotten. If a pattern of missed appointments occurs, we’ll work with you to review your service plan.

  • You can cancel or reschedule by contacting your therapist - you can send an SMS or an email. If you leave a message after hours, the notice period will begin the next business day.
