We are an allied health service offering Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Allied Health Assistant services. We have been servicing the Nepean region for 14 years and have strong roots and connections in the community.

How To Reach The DOTS Team

  • Submit a referral here.

  • Someone from the DOTS Therapy Hub team will get in touch with you to find out more about your child, therapy options that may be suitable as well as give information about appointments and costs.

  • We will schedule an initial consultation - we aim to find a time that suits you and your family.


    If suitable appointments are not available at the moment, we will give you information about our waiting list and expected wait times.

  • We will contact you again to find out more about your child - this includes details like things that they like, ways to help them feel comfortable when coming to a session as well as areas that they are finding challenging.

  • Come into DOTS Therapy Hub and meet your child’s therapist.

How Can We Help You Get Ahead?

  • You can access our services through several funding options:

    • NDIS: We are a Registered NDIS Provider and support NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants under Capacity Building funding.

    • Medicare: You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate with a referral from your GP or paediatrician (e.g. Chronic Disease Management Plan).

    • Private Health / Self-Funded: You can pay privately with or without private health insurance. No referral is required.


    If you're not sure which option applies to you, feel free to contact us and we’ll guide you through it.

  • Sometimes, yes. We may have a waiting list depending on your preferences for therapist, days or times of appointments, type of service, or if you are a returning client.

    We review the waitlist regularly and will contact you as soon as we have suitable availability.

  • We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If a session is cancelled within 48 hours (including for illness), a 100% cancellation fee will apply. This allows us to account for the preparation and planning that goes into each session and ensures the sustainability of our services.
