Medicare: You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate with a referral from your GP or paediatrician (e.g. Chronic Disease Management Plan).
Private Health / Self-Funded: You can pay privately with or without private health insurance. No referral is required.
If you're not sure which option applies to you, feel free to contact us and we’ll guide you through it.

Sometimes, yes. We may have a waiting list depending on your preferences for therapist, days or times of appointments, type of service, or if you are a returning client.
We review the waitlist regularly and will contact you as soon as we have suitable availability.
-
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If a session is cancelled within 48 hours (including for illness), a 100% cancellation fee will apply. This allows us to account for the preparation and planning that goes into each session and ensures the sustainability of our services.
